About Us

Our journey began in 2008 when Debika Chaudhuri having lived and studied across three continents collaborated with Ravish Dalmia and founded educational consultancy, Elzix Foundation. We bring over six decades of experience, integrating our learning as educators, journalists and leaders in the corporate sphere. We currently help students and executives explore themselves and mentor them to tell their own story.

We embarked in career counselling when we started advising friends, and neighbours, helping them plan their children’s careers, both within the country and abroad. Using our know-how, sharing our inputs on how to frame winning personal statement and statement of purpose, how to prepare for interviews, we soon became driven.
